Limited Warranty

Palmer guarantees its snowboards to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of two years from the date of original purchase. The warranty applies only to Palmer products purchased from authorized Palmer Snowboard dealers. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and it is not transferable. This warranty shall not apply to damage resulting from negligent use of the product, product misuse, abuse, and/or, neglect, accident, lack of maintenance, damage resulting from riding on a non-snow surface, rock damage and/or any other impact related damage, use in competition, normal wear and tear, improper mounting and/or adjustment of bindings, or repair by unauthorized persons. This warranty is void if any change, modification, or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by Palmer. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized Palmer dealer. If a product is found defective by Palmer, in its sole discretion, Palmer's only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Palmer is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of the product. Authorized Palmer dealers do not have the authority to alter, modify, or in any way change the terms or conditions of this warranty. Palmer products are not covered by any verbal warranties. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state. All warranties implied by state law, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of the written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you. With the exception of any warranties implied by state law as hereby limited, the foregoing express limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, agreements and similar obligations of manufacturer or seller.
