Q: What is Palmer's warranty policy? What do I do if I have a defective product?
A: If you wish to submit a warranty claim, take your product to the nearest authorized Palmer dealer to have them repair it, or send it back for you. Dealers usually can give an accurate opinion on whether your product has a manufacturer's defect, but a Palmer Warranty Service Technician will make the final decision. Q: Does the board come from the Palmer factory ready to ride, or do I need to wax it first?
A: Palmer boards come from our factory ready to ride, but it's a good idea to keep your board tuned after a few days of riding. That will make you ride better, safer, and make your Palmer board investment last as long as it was designed to last.

Q: Where can I find out about employment opportunities at Palmer?

Q: Do you sell your products online?
A: Currently we only sell our new products though authorized Palmer dealers and their websites.

Q: Do you have any advice to help me become a sponsored rider?
A: Competitions are a great way to gain fame. If you do well in contests, it will help you get sponsorships. Another good way to get sponsored is by talking to your local authorized Palmer dealer which can sometimes lead to official teamrider sponsorship if you continue to ride well.
